A play on the classic Corpse Reviver #2 featuring Herradura Reposado tequila, Cocchi Americano Rosa, Pierre Ferand Dry Orange Curacao, fresh lime juice, and a rinse in the glass of Copper & Kings Blanche Absinthe.

Roast has created this original Sidecar Variation using Laird's Apple Brandy, with El Maestro Sierra Pedro Ximenez Sherry, Fresh Lemon Juice, and Peychaud's Bitters. Dried fruit and red apple mixed with butterscotch and hints of vanilla make this cocktail a must have.
